Fr. Metias, the church board, the deacons, the servants, and all the congregation of St. Mina Church in Hamilton offer their deepest condolences for the family of Mrs. Sofy Estafanos who departed in the Lord.
Mrs. Sofy Estafanos was the wife of the late Antoine Rizk. She will be missed by her daughters Dr. Dalia Rizk, the wife of Dr. Ashraf Shweitar (member of the Church Board), and Mrs. Dina Rizk, the wife of Mr. George Guirguis, in France; and her grandkids Marina (wife of George Demetry) and Meena Shweitar as well as Monica and Marco Guirguis.
She was the sister of Dr. Hanaa, the wife of Fr. Youhanna Habib, the priest of Saint Mary Church in Fagala, Cairo; and the aunt of Beshoy, Mina and Mary Youhanna.
Funeral prayers will be held at Saint Mina’s Coptic Orthodox Church (1562 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, ON L8W3P1) on Wednesday, June 19th at 12noon.
The family will also accept condolences at Archangel Raphael and Saint Marina Coptic Orthodox Church (1160 Blair Rd, Unit D1, Burlington, ON L7M1K9) on Wednesday, June 19th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
May the Lord repose her righteous soul in the paradise of joy.
