Departure of Mr. Shokralla Sidhom (Father of Dr. Bassem Shokralla)

The Church offers her deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Shokralla Sidhom Shokralla who departed to the Lord in the hope of the resurrection on Thursday, January 16th, 2020 in Egypt.

Mr. Shokralla is the husband of Mrs. Amgad Andrawes. He is the father of Dr. Bassem Shokralla (husband of Mrs. Lydia Faltes) in Canada and Mr. Ramez Shokralla in England; and the grandfather of Raphael Shokralla. He is the brother of Mrs. Enayat, Eng. Saber, Mr. Naeem, late Mr. Ezzat, Mr. Victor, Mrs. Salwa, Dr. Samy, Dr. Esmat in Alexandria, and Dr. Hany in Canada.

The Church Funeral Service was held in Egypt. The family will accept condolences in Canada at a later time.

May our Lord Jesus Christ repose his soul in the paradise of joy and grant comfort to all the family in Egypt and Canada.

Update: The family will accept condolences in Canada on Sunday, February 9th, 2020 after the holy Liturgy around 11am at Saint Mina’s Coptic Orthodox Church (1562 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, ON L8W 3P1).

رقد في الرب على رجاء القيامة الاستاذ شكرالله سيدهم شكرالله في يوم الخميس الموافق ١٦ يناير ٢٠٢٠م.

الاستاذ شكرالله زوج الاستاذه امجاد اندراوس و والد كل من الدكتور باسم شكرالله (زوج الاستاذه ليديا فلتس) بكندا و الاستاذ رامز شكرالله بإنجلترا، و جد رافائيل شكرالله. و أخو كل من م/عنايات و م/صابر و ا/ نعيم و المتنيح/ عزت و ا/ فيكتور و ا/سلوي و د/ سامي و د/عصمت بالإسكندرية و د/هاني بكندا.

و قد تمت تقام صلاة الجناز فى مصر. و سوف تستقبل الاسرة العزاء فى كندا فى وقت لاحق.

ربنا يسوع المسيح ينيح نفسه في فردوس النعيم و يهب عزاءًا لكل العائلة فى مصر و كندا.
