15th 22nd, 2018)

15th 22nd, 2018 -> $750/person
- Deadline: April 29th, 2018 (strict deadline)

- $350 cash or cheque,
- post-dated cheque (for June 1st, 2018) with either $350 if early bird or $400 if afterwards, and
- copy of a valid passport with expiry date well ahead
