The Church extends her deepest condolences to our beloved Fr. Metias Said Ibrahim whose mother Mrs. Yvonne Labib Mikhail rested in the Lord on Monday, June 13th, 2016 in Egypt. Mrs. Yvonne is the widow of the late Archdeacon Said Ibrahim Mahfouz .. and the mother of: Abouna Metias Said Ibrahim (husband of Tasoni Samia Ibrahim), Abouna Maximos Said (husband of Tasoni Mervat Kamal), Mrs. Samia Said (wife of the late Mr. Adel Hanna), Mrs. Mary Said (wife of Mr. Assaad Shafik), and Mrs. Eman Said (wife of Mr. George Kamal).
Mrs. Yvonne is also the grandmother of Mrs. Phoebe Adel (wife of Mr. George Mourad), Mr. Mina Adel Hanna (husband of Mrs. Nermine Louis), Mrs. Marian Assaad (wife of Mr. Magued Magdy), Mrs. Youstina Assaad (wife of Mr. Andrew Girgis), Mr. Bishoy Ibrahim (husband of Mrs. Christina Yousri), Mr. Mina Ibrahim (Husband of Mrs. Sandra Ibrahim), Mrs. Mariam Maximos (wife of Mr. Sherif Magdy), Mrs. Ereny Maximos (wife of Mr. Peter Farouk), Mr. Antonios Maximos, Mr. Pola George, and Miss Mary George.
Abouna Metias and Tasoni Samia have travelled earlier today to attend the Funeral Service in Egypt. Condolences to the family can be offered during the memorial ceremony held on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2016 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in Saint Mina’s Coptic Orthodox Church at 1562 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, ON L8W 3P1.
May God rest her soul in peace and give comfort to our beloved Fr. Metias and all the family members.

وقد سافر ابونا متياس و تاسونى ساميه صباح اليوم لحضور صلاة الجناز فى مصر. وسوف تستقبل الأسرة العزاء يوم الاربعاء الموافق ٢٢ يونيو ٢٠١٦ من الساعة ٧.٠٠ مساءا الى الساعة ٩.٠٠ مساءا فى كنيسة الشهيد العظيم مارمينا بهاميلتون.
الرب يعطي نياحا لنفس المنتقلة وعزاءا لكل أفراد الأسرة في مصر وكندا.
